This year in February I decided to renter the business as a solo operator for part time, at my time, extra retirement income. I purchased this unit from an individual in the south and brought it home. As life happens, I will no longer be pursuing that avenue and am selling this unit. The Nissan van is clean, and has very low miles runs and drives fantastic, plenty of power from the V8 and the high roof is great. It does have a class 4 hitch. The former owner had put on a very expensive body wrap and my thought was that it could be dissected, and new measured vinyl pieces could be made to cover his general information. Saving a fortune in getting a new wrap. He said he paid around 3.5k for the wrap. Or you can simply heat gun it off and have a nice white van. The truck mount had a few issues with it as the prior owner had let it freeze in an uncommon cold snap in their southern state. The unit runs great, the engine is smooth and starts easy, I did an oil change with 300-hour Kohler synthetic oil and an air filter, the vacuum is incredible, the water gets very hot, pump is still working well. Auto pump out working, There are however a few leaks still, one is in the upper heat exchanger which can be plasma cut open and repaired as it is Stainless you need to have a pro welder do it. This leak is very small as the pressure stays constant. I repaired the lower heat exchanger as described above just did not get to the upper. Can it be used the way it is I believe so, there are about 2 other small drip leaks from fittings, I had replaced about 3 that had split at low points. The freshwater tank works well. You could if you wanted to bypass the exchangers and use an external heat, little giant? But I would not necessarily recommend that. I have never owned a blue baron prior to this but it seems like many slide ins in its basic concept, pretty easy to navigate. You can see from the pictures it is very clean as well. So a few more tweaks and you will have a powerhouse. I simply do not have the time to put any more into it. I am preparing to sell our home and move on, so as life’s direction has changed this is a casualty. If you are serious, I can provide a video of operation. If you live close I am more than happy to show the unit. Terms upon purchase it may be possible to pick up at the nearest airport if needed. Cashier’s check or pre-electronic funds etc. Any funds will need to be verified by my bank or clear prior to taking the van. Upon purchase agreement nonrefundable deposit would be required. Identification would be required Sale receipt would be issued as 2 separate receipts one for van and the other for truck mount and equipment.
